Customer service hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

  • Route days: Please keep in mind, pick up times may vary. All residential trash MUST be curbside the night prior to the scheduled pickup day to insure pick up. If, in the future, there are any changes on pick up days, you will be notified well in advance.

  • Holiday schedule: The following holidays will be observed: New Year's Day - Memorial Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day. Trash service will run one day late on holidays that fall during the week.

  • Move in/move our service: If you are moving in or out of a residence and you are a West Frankfort city water customer, Bulldog Systems will pick up all extra refuse due to the moving process (i.e. boxes, furniture, debris) at no additional cost.  Please put it at the curb with your normal, weekly household trash. 

  • Bulky waste pick up: For bulky waste i.e. large furniture, carpet rolls, multiple mattresses or other large waste material, please put it at the curb Bulldog Systems will collect it at no additional cost.  Bulk items will be picked up on your regular collection day during these weeks: February 19th - 23rd, May 20th - 24th, August 19th - 23rd & November 11th - 15th

  • Construction type materials: For roofing material, drywall, siding, room additions or remodeling material, Bulldog Systems will offer 6, 10, 20, and 30 cubic yard temporary containers for these type projects to the residents of West Frankfort at special discounted rates. A new State law went into effect on January 1, 2012 banning the following items from disposal in a landfill:

Televisions Computer Monitor / Towers Laptops

Servers Electronic Keyboards / Mice Fax Machines

VCR’s Digital Converter Boxes Printers

Scanners DVD Players & Recorders Cable Receivers

Satellite Receivers/Video Game Consoles

Bulldog Systems WILL NOT ACCEPT the following materials:

  • NO CAR PARTS

  • NO BATTERIES

  • NO TIRES

  • NO APPLIANCES (STOVES, REFRIGERATORS, DISH WASHERS, DEEP FREEZES, WASHERS/DRYERS, MICROWAVES)

  • HOT WATER HEATERS / FURNACES / AC UNITS

  • LEAVES, LIMBS, YARD DEBRIS OF ANY KIND

  • PAINT, CHEMICALS, SOLVENTS, OIL (WE CAN TAKE PAINT CANS IF THE LIQUID IS COMPLETELY DRIED UP)

  • COMPUTERS, MONITORS, PRINTERS, KEYBOARDS

  • TV’S, VCR’S, DVD PLAYERS, VIDEO GAME CONSOLES, SATELLITES OR RECEIVERS

  • NO CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS

Bulldog Systems Inc will not pick up loose items of trash.

All items must be bagged and able to be handled by 1 person.
